Our company. located in Canberra, was established in 1988 and has been providing consultancy services to the Federal and Territory Government and private industry ever since in the areas of Strategic Planning, Transaction Management, Logical Security and Project Management.
We currently specialise in Internet Transaction Security, in particular, Identity Management, Federated Provisioning and Authentication, and security process analysis and design.
Our approaches are based on the fact that access authorisation is dependent on context. Identity records may provide the appropriate attributes, but in themselves cannot provide authorisation decisions - these must be "real-time" based on the specific access request and the current context. This provides an architectural separation of Identity Management from Access Management, thereby simplifying the understanding and allocation of management roles.
